New accounts start in Review mode by default with YOLO disabled.

instagram_business_basic: Read the connected Instagram Business or Creator profile, posts and captions.
instagram_manage_comments: Read comments and prior replies for local Review mode only; Meta also grants write capability but this code never uses it.
